• Provide coffee, water, fruit, bagels and snacks throughout tournament at all tournament sites throughout Sunriver.
• Arrange venue, catering, entertainment and door prizes for the player dinner and party.
• We also run the ticket table and voluntarily staff the dinner to make the evening as smooth as possible for everybody.
• If the dinner is off-site (like it was in 2011) organize transportation to dinner so you can enjoy the evening.
• Receive all shipments (like the dozens of boxes of tennis balls and supplies) for tournament, store and deliver them where needed.
• Take pictures and during the tournament and post high resolution photos online, free for you to download and print up as you see fit.
